One of the most affordable midsize sedans to consider is the 2005 Hyundai XG350. The five-passenger, front-wheel drive XG350 is available in two trim lines: base and L, both powered by a potent 3.5-litre V-6 engine connected to a five-speed automatic transmission with Shifttronic manual override. The engine will produce a very capable 194 horsepower, and yet still deliver decent gas mileage. Its EPA fuel economy ratings are good: city: 18, highway: 26.

  1. Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2010

The 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe has a standard 201-horsepower 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine and manual transmission. A 3.8-litre six-cylinder engine that produces 306 horsepower and an automatic transmission is available. With live traffic on its navigation system, dial-by-name functionality in its Bluetooth system, and fine-quality audio from the stereo, the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe offers impressive cabin tech. Brembo brakes and a track-tuned suspension give it excellent handling. Prices for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe range from ₦2,500,000 to ₦3,500,000.

The 2013 Elantra GT comes with a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine that produces 148 horsepower and 131 pound-feet of torque. A Partial Zero-Emissions Vehicle (PZEV)-rated version of the engine sold in low-emissions states makes 145 hp and 130 lb-ft of torque. The seats (heated, and upholstered in leather) are quite comfortable and even offer a reasonable amount of bolstering. The driver’s side is power-adjustable, including lumbar support.
