Toyota hasn’t really updated the 4Runner since 2010, so the 2025 version actually brings a big brand new update, from its front end to its fancy touchscreen inside to its hybrid turbo-4 engine. It is built very similar to Toyota’s new trucks and SUVs, like the Tundra, Tacoma, Sequoia, and Land Cruiser. Even with all the upgrades, the 2025 4Runner still keeps its SUV style. It looks tough, with lots of lines and angles that make it seem like it’s part robot. The Toyota logo sits on the front grille, which has a cool hexagonal shape. The headlights are LED and square-shaped, and the fenders are big and muscular. The back has a power window and the word “4RUNNER” stamped on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2025 Toyota 4Runner can seat up to seven people in three rows of seats. It\u2019s blocky, bulky, rides high, and tows strongly enough to be compared to the Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco, and Land Rover Defender. It also comes with a standard rear-wheel drive and an optional full-time four-wheel drive system and a two-speed transfer case with high and low range. It also has all sorts of terrain-conquering features, like the optional disconnecting stabilizer bars, a locking rear differential, and an off-road cruise control system.
