The headlights and taillights have been mildly redesigned with updated LED graphics.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2025-kia-k5-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"2025 kia k5\" class=\"wp-image-73646\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 kia k5<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The biggest changes are under the hood. The K5 GT will continue to use a 2.5L Turbo inline-4 engine, which makes 290HP and 311 lb-ft of torque and is connected to an 8-speed DCT transmission that powers the front wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2025-kia-k5-seat-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"2025 kia k5 seat\" class=\"wp-image-73647\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 Kia K5 seat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The standard K5 GT replaces the 1.6L Turbo 4-cylinder with a naturally aspirated 2.5L 4-cylinder engine, which produces 11 HP more but loses torque. It can deliver up to 191HP and 181 lb-ft of torque. The base engine is now available with AWD or FWD through an 8-speed automatic transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2025-kia-k5-in-Nigeria-1-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"2025 kia k5 interior\" class=\"wp-image-73648\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 Kia K5 interior<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The<a href=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/2025-kia-k5-facelift-with-new-exterior-interior-first-look\/\"> K5 facelift<\/a> also features new colour options such as Matte Grey and Wolf Gray, along with new wheel designs. Inside, Kia has refreshed the car with dual 12.3-inch displays, fingerprint authentication, OTA updates, and a 12-speaker audio system. There is also a new A\/C control panel and a smaller gearbox shifter.
