Starting now at almost <strong>50 million naira<\/strong>, the Ford Explorer receives a new face and rear with a bold front grille, new LED headlights, a new bumper, and sleek LED taillights. Also new for this year is the Vapor Blue Metallic exterior paint. The four trims that will be available are Active, ST-Line, ST, and Platinum. For now, gone are the XLT, Timberline, Limited, and King Ranch variants.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"499\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2025-Ford-Explorer-back-view.jpg\" alt=\"2025 Ford Explorer back view\" class=\"wp-image-71663\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 Ford Explorer back view<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>For now, powertrains are the same. The base is a 2.3L EcoBoost 4-cylinder making 300HP and 310 lb-ft of torque. Then comes the 3.0L Twin Turbo V6 making 400HP and 415 lb-ft of torque. The troublesome 10-speed automatic has been heavily revised and recalibrated.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"499\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2025-Ford-Explorer-090.jpg\" alt=\"2025 Ford Explorer\" class=\"wp-image-71664\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 Ford Explorer<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>There are many standards, like 10 way power seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, eight USB ports with two in the third row, three 12-volt ports, a power liftgate, Ford Co-Pilot 360, and LED headlights. The interior has received a MASSIVE redesign, much needed. The 13.2-inch infotainment screen sits higher on the dash with a new wireless charging tray below. Ford is also launching their new Digital Experience infotainment with <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"499\" src=\"http:\/\/carlots.ng\/motoring\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2025-Ford-Explorer-interior.jpg\" alt=\"2025 Ford Explorer interior\" class=\"wp-image-71665\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2025 Ford Explorer interior<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wireless CarPlay, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Android Auto,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> integrated Google Maps, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alexa, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTube, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amazon Prime Video, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Chrome <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bluetooth game controller capability.
