In a recent video that surfaced online, a man shares helpful tips on how drivers can avoid falling asleep while they are driving a long distance.
The man with user account @goin1836 starts by noting that these are helpful life-saving tips that used to be taught in secondary schools years back. However, these tips can only be learned today from driving schools that care to teach participants.
He explains that when driving long distances, for every 20-30 minutes, drivers should open their car window so that air can circulate. He notes that not doing this is the reason many drivers fall asleep while driving alone on a long-distance trip.
He notes that since learning this helpful driving tip in 1977, he hasn’t fallen asleep while driving ever since then.
