All vehicles are sold in their current condition. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchase. Exotic Cars is not responsible for any mechanical issues, damages, or defects discovered after the sale unless covered under a written warranty.
2. No Warranty Unless Stated
Unless explicitly stated, all vehicles are sold “as-is” without any warranty, expressed or implied. Extended warranties may be available at an additional cost.
3. Pricing & Availability
Vehicle prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, as vehicles may be sold or removed from inventory at any time.
4. Financing & Payment
All sales are final once a contract is signed. Financing options may be available through third-party lenders, subject to approval. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they can meet payment obligations.
5. Documentation & Fees
Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, title transfer fees, and any additional charges required by law.
6. Test Drives & Liability
Test drives are permitted with valid identification and a driver’s license. Buyers assume full responsibility for any damages or incidents occurring during the test drive.
7. Fraud Prevention
Exotic Cars reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected. Providing false information may result in legal action.
8. Refund & Return Policy
All vehicle sales are final. Exotic Cars does not offer refunds or exchanges once a vehicle has been purchased and the transaction is completed. Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect the vehicle and review all terms before finalizing their purchase. Any exceptions to this policy must be in writing and agreed upon before the sale.
